Marc Honey founded Haresfield Honey when Marc decided to follow his dream of keeping bees.  He enrolled in a bee-keeping course in Stroud in 2019 and had hives in Aston Down and Slad while searching for a local location for his hives. In 2022 he was kindly given space to set up his apiary close to home by a local farmer wishing to help our dwindling pollinators. 

Today helped by Tracey (his wife ) we are proud to produce 100% pure, minimally filtered, unpasteurised (raw) Gloucestershire honey and are committed to promoting sustainable and ethical beekeeping practices.
