Meet the Haresfield Honey Team
The Beekeeper
Marc Honey founded Haresfield Honey when he decided to pursue his dream of keeping bees. In 2019, he enrolled in a bee-keeping course in Stroud and had hives in Aston Down and Slad while searching for a local location for his hives. In 2022, a local farmer generously offered him space to establish his apiary close to home, aiming to support our dwindling pollinators. Today, with the help of Tracey, his wife, we are proud to produce 100% pure, minimally filtered, unpasteurized (raw) Gloucestershire honey and are committed to promoting sustainable beekeeping practices. Our dedication also extends to creating wild flower honey that reflects the rich biodiversity of our region.
